Cool! I've been playing with aquafaba lately as a replacement for egg white in some recipes, but it doesn't work all that great. When I saw the title, I thought that might be the trick, but this sounds much more promising than bean juice mayo.

No trick ;) The milk gets emulsified in the oil so it becomes creamy and fluffy just like the real thing! I couldn't believe it myself at first, haha
