Did look up the word Quiche on the Internet whilst my White Cheshire Cheese Quiche was slowly baking in the oven . On One Recipe for making a homemade Quiche I found out that I needed too blind bake at 190 oC - Gas Mark 5 and that I could have gone half on the Double Cream with Pasteurized Cow Milk etc. Could have added a fresh type of Herb , such as finely chopped Parsley and that possible too slowly bake the whole Quiche at 177 oC - think that is Gas Mark 3 and that it takes close to One hour to bake in the oven

Was edible , but for my First attempt as shown by my Photo it turned out quite dense
