Arancini are an Italian appetizer. Breaded and fried balls of rice. Often, they are stuffed with cheese or a meat sauce.

Never have heard of this? But I'm thinking that maybe risotto can come plan without cheese? I understand it's rice. But do you think a little sugar or chocolate could turn this into a dessert? Sometimes I just eat rice cereal for dessert with sugar. So.... This could be good with those add ins, right?
