Hi there, are you UK or US? In the UK you can buy halloumi in any supermarket, it's a firm block of cheese, made in Greece and Cyprus, and is always vacuum packed, as it sits in a salty brine. Sometimes its boxed too, it's usually next to the feta cheese. Hope that helps!
