Again, another delicious masterpiece Mar Mar! Say sis? You know how I'm NO baker right? Anyway, I'm here in New Orleans vacationing again and I just had the Cafe du Mondes Beignets for the first time. Any chance you might have an easy copycat recipe for them?! ;0) If so, please post if you do!

I have not tryed making them. My Mother in Law just loved them and they vacationed in New Orleans every year. She tryed to re create them at home but was never happy with any trys. So I have not attempted them. Donuts can be very tricky and especially special old recipes like the mych loved beignet! Have one or three for me though and have a great time!
