Ill have to admit i changed up the majority of the recipe with the exception of cooking the sausage. Used a Sriracha brat and cooked it in the wine then on the bbq.....absolutely amazing! The sause I added almost a whole garlic bulb and green onions, basil, sea salt and pepper. Doubled the amount of vinegar. Added ricotta cheese to the mix about 8oz. Topped off with the recommended mozzarella chese and broiled the last 3-5 min to get the cheese perfect. Overall turned out to be a great dinner the whole family enjoyed. Thanks for posting this one!
