Nice recipe! I haven't tried anything with chia yet but it's super popular here right now too (but very expensive :( unfortunately). By the way, I think you forgot the chia seeds in the ingredients!

Thanks! Kind of integral to Chia custard. I love working with Chia. Turns any liquid into a really quick snack , and is to be pretty good for you. If it's expensive at your local grocery store, check out Amazon. You can buy pretty large bags at a good price. That's how I get it here in Germany.
