about colour it usually not same as i used homemade spices. nd we call that oilly ness as tarri or tawang and in maharashtra our curries is never serve without that oil on top of it:) thanks for trying it. hope u love it.

sorry i frgt to mention it.. we add tomato at last just for little sourness. thanks for telling me my mistake. i instantly corrected it.
