If you like your salads more sour, try it without the grenadine... It is an amazing salad idea. Really loved it. And it also looks yummy!

I used 1/4 the portions for 4 servings. Its delicious. I added some steamed shrimps as recommended. Next time i will try it with salmon instead on shrimps. Great Salad, thanks for sharing :)
