I baked this cake for our potluck party. The cake turns out very delicious. The most important thing is the cake stay moist for 2-3 days. I definitely recommend using a high quality cocoa for a pure chocolate flavor to complement the sweetness of very ripe bananas. I didn’t baked the cake in a loaf tin, I upsized it to a Bundt cake to test out my new purchased silicone bundt tin .
