Best Marinara / Pasta sauce from scratch

Followed the recipe for everything except I had to tweak it because I used 4 lrg tomatoes and 2 medium added more oregano about 1tbsp, onion salt 1 tbsp, 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Turned out well. Had family taste so we're good. Lol.
