If you try to cook it fast you will have rock hard burger with unmelted cheese 😂 nice and slow Is the way to go!

Matt's Bar wins, in my opinion. They season the beef with something addictive. 5-8 has the choose-your-cheese thing, but their lucies are meh. Happy to see this recipe. Thanks for putting it out there.

I agree ! I like Matt’s better ! Matt’s is interesting where it doesn’t look a lot like other one I think the cheese is mixed in the beef along with being stuffed ! Give this a shot for sure ! Let me know ! I do one with blue cheese also basically same recipe just replace with blue cheese crumbles !
