Hiii may i know how much water you put on the baking pan for steam baking?Also did you apply simple syrup first before put baked cheesecake batter?Hope you reply, thankyouu ^^

Just 2-3 cm (1 inch) should be okay. Make sure it's hot water! There isn't any simple syrup in this recipe so not sure about your question concerning the syrup...
