Hey Cindy,Thanks for the Uber-simple recipe! This is my it’s time ever with a fish and have absolutely no idea of quantities. So follow a few not-so-common questions:Firstly the cleaning, how well do we remove the scales? Or leave the skin on?Regarding the marination, do the entire fillet be submerged in lime-juice? Or am I supposed to pour the juice over the fillet pieces?Thirdly, do I massage the pieces after applying the juice and garlic like we do to meats?What about salt? When and how we add?And finally, how do I know the fish is cooked? My electric oven may not be as accurate as yours and time / temp may vary slightly.Sorry for such obvious questions but you’ll be helping a real novice here.BTW are you from NE?
