This is great! Your use of drop biscuits instantly clicked to me being able to make a gluten free version, I haven't been able to make a real biscuits GF just decent drop biscuits. The only thing I'll add is a layer of hash browns to make a Tee Jays style barnyard buster with your brilliant addition of cheese! Love this recipe!

Hope the storms have moved on. Send them to Cypress. I love a good storm. But not as much as I love this recipe! I mean, biscuits and gravy is like a big plate of hugs. Definitely adding this to my "must try" list!
