You know what else is really fun? Making your own cookies and then putting any ice cream you like between two of them. You can make big old cookies, or tiny baby ones.....the flavors can be anything you dream up. All cookies taste yummy with ice cream on them! Am I right?! My nephews love my homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches. If I feel extra fancy, I roll the edges in sprinkles before individually wrapping them in plastic wrap.
