Hi can you explain the marinade and onion mix can’t see this on the ingredients? What’s supposed to go in?

Hi Sara. I have tried to fix it it seemed to keep repeating itself I have tried to redo the recipe and it seems to be playing up . I will report this to Sonia and try to fix it tomorrow so sorry. But I will alter it . The onion should go in the sauce when you mix it in . I will let you know when it's done .

I will have to tell you on here . The onion chopped should be small and add it to the sauce and the rest cook for ,3 minutes.
It's just 1/4 of a white onion.
Marinate beef in those items
Make the sauce ready..Then deep fry the beef in veg oil for 2 minutes.
Drain off the oil and add the sauce heat up
Add a little more cornflour to the beef strips
Then add it to the hot sauce with the sugar snap peas.Serve hot .
