I was looking for a recipe to use some Trader Joe's Breaded Chicken Tenders and the Ciabatta bread I bought at the same time. This was a hit, for both me and my guy! I didn't have olive oil with orange in it but squeezed a little juice from a Cutie orange. I think the roasted tomato "mush" could have gone on the sandwich just fine without blending it with mayo, in case you don't have a food processor. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce as the chili sauce. We're having the rest tomorrow and I kind of can't wait!
