OH MY WOW! I tweaked the recipe also (I always do that). Taco seasoning in the meat, half cream of mushroom soup & half sour cream, picante sauce instead of Rotel (I was out), layered it all with left over Rotel/Velveeta dip. MOST EXCELLENT YUMMY GOODNESS! Family loved it.

This dish is fabulous! I used 2lbs of turkey meat instead of beef, used a packet of Taco Bell taco seasoning, and Pancho's cheese dip mixed with the Rotel ingredients. It was very good, this is a repeat recipe for sure. :-)

this was really good I added 1/2 of a green, red and yellow bell pepper, green onion a package of taco seasoning and garlic with the ground beef mixture. everyone in my house loved it there were absolutely no leftovers!!!! :ohyeaah

So Delish! I made this for dinner tonight but I changed it up a bit. I added mushrooms, onions, garlic and diced peppers to the meat mixture with a bit if taco seasoning. I also used Zesty Doritos. Turned out amazing. I will make again.

Very easy to make and very delicious. We used Spicy Nacho Dorritos, added onions to the meat and added olives to the cream of mushroom mix. Sour cream on top and its perfect!

Very good! It is a lot of food for just my husband and I, but all the better for leftovers. I did make a couple of modifications: added about half an onion and a clove of garlic to the meat, and a can of black beans to the sauce. I'm not real big on hot stuff, so used 1 can of Rotel and 1 of plain diced tomatoes. Hubby added heat with salsa on top. Lettuce and sour cream were good toppers.

the meat didn't have enough flavor the 1st time I cooked it so I added I pack of taco seasoning an one package of cream cheese to the meat it made a big difference loved It !!

I really liked this, I added taco seasoning to the beef, and used cream of chicken soup along with some sour cream. I think next time I will top it with black olives, lettuce, sourcream, and newly crushed up Doritos just before serving to give it some crunch. I only made a half recipe and had to cook it for almost 30 minutes at 350 to get the soup cooked through.

This recipe was EXCELLENT!!! Very easy, made in less than 30 minutes. My very picky kids (8, 5, 2 years) loved it!! I was nervous about the cream of mushroom, but it made a really good sauce with the Rotel. Will be making again very soon!!!!!

I just prepared this dish. I used turkey ground meat and 1 can of rotel & cream of mushroom instead of 2 cans. I also cooked the rotel & soup together with the ground turkey. It was much quicker instead of mixing them together in a bowl. It came out GREAT!!! ~(o.o)~ :hungry :-)

i have been making this for years and in addition to the ingredients in this recipe i also add onions, salt and pepper, green enchilada sauce and mexican style grated cheese and i use spicy nacho doritos instead. these all give it a much better taste! :-)

it got a little bit too spicy for me because I added taco seasoning to the meat, used fiesta nacho cheese soup, plus the 2 cans of rotel tomatoes. I think next time the only thing I will change is substitute 1 can of rotel tomatoes with chilies with 1 can of plain rotel tomatoes

You will really like this if you LOVE doritos... but if you are not partial to Doritos do not attempt. Otherwise, very easy to make. Thanks for the dinner idea.
