In order to shape these into cookies, I had to add a lot more liquid/oil to this recipe. It was just too dry otherwise to hold any kind of shape (and I had even used maple syrup in place of sugar) . I increased the egg to 3 and probably used more than 3/4 cup of peanut butter, but it was still difficult to shape. And upon cooking, crumbled easily. Also, the taste wasn't really very pleasant. I won't be making these again. Sorry.
