Absolutely loved this recipe. I doubled it because I have a large family. I added chopped onions and garlic powder to this and it was delicious. I think the next time I make it I will chop a jalapeño for a little kick. It was easy to cook on the stove just combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat stirring occasionally. I see this becoming one of my favorites.

I am trying this today. I used a 3 lb. bag of hash browns and about 1-1/2 pounds of ground beef. I put some garlic salt, pepper, mustard seed, dill weed, smoked paprika & my own Memphis style rub with a touch of cayenne. We will see how it goes!
