@quincygirl. When i made it butter was melted. Otherwise you have to cut the butter into the flour and that takes more time.

I love this recipe, i have even brushed the top with melted butter for the last few minutes too. This way its not as dry for my kids. My family loves these so much. Thank you for the recipe!

I used a cheese grater with my cold butter for my mixture and brushed melted butter on top 3-5 minutes before taking them out-thank you (Christine Jonas) for topping idea😊

I used your recipe tonight substituted hungry Jack's with Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Fantastic biscuits will make more often

I did the same substitution as you Terri. My oven must cook lower than the one used in the recipe because I had to almost double the cooking time at 400 degrees. They were absolutely delicious. They were so similar to the ones my Mom made from scratch that eating them brought back wonderful memories of eating her’s all together with my entire family. Those were very happy times!
