Wow! This is a first for me. It kind of reminds me of cheula (a Malawian snack made with pea or lentil flour and a variety of spices, it’s fried and turns into a beautifully crunchy bite)

@bianca_eatsy it's very good for dieting after having water then lentils fill out in your stomach and leaves you full. These are crunchy and dry, if too dry you can spray with oil.🥰
