What kind of salsa did you use? I did what it said and tried making this twice and both times the cornbread wouldn't cook all the way. I tried putting it the second time an even thinner layer and it didn't either. First time I ended up eating around the cornbread and it tasted good. But I can't seem to get it to cook correctly

@cook_111661198 I use cans of Rotel tomatoes, easy on the sour cream and I also add and egg to the cornbread mix. No water and just a little milk. Bake at the cornbread recipe says till edges are brown. No goopy cornbread mix.
