I store it in my pantry because i usually consume within 2 weeks but you can keep in the fridge and it’ll last for 6 months.

it’s done when it’s completely dry. It doesn’t go bad if kept in an airtight container because there’s no moisture or air. but if you’re unsure if it’s dry all the way, please keep in fridge :)
