And I’m sorry I just have to ask how does sugar water and lemon smell bad you might be burning the sugar.
Besides you don’t eat it and it sure beats the chemical smell of over the counter manufactures.

Went from smelling like roasting marshmallows to microwave-burnt caramel at around 7 minutes, on low heat with constant stirring. And how long is it suppose to stand before use? How should I reheat to use later, or is it not reusable?
