I mix pure water soluble dried mangosteen pulp powder with various smoothie recipes and coconut is one of them
The powder is a light pink in colour and I suspect a small portion of the pericarp is added at manufacture!
The powder is sweet in flavour and also delicious when added to normal protein powders
