-Sieve the flour into a bowl-Add the baking powder, nut meg and salt-Mix together thoroughly-Cut in the butter and mix together with the tip of your fingers till the mixture looks like fine crumbs-Add cold water and mold together and form dough-Cover with a slightly wet napkin and set aside to rest
