This looks so refreshing and full of flavor! I like the use of turmeric with lemon, it must give the chicken salad such a bright taste. Do you usually enjoy it on its own, or do you serve it with bread or wraps? I’d love to try it your way

Generally I have it on its own, but it would be good too with bread and wraps.
