When you say cream or double cream do you mean sour cream , light cream or heavy cream ? The light and heavy is like milk. You could also use a cream of soup like cream of mushroom ?

Hi Taisen, in the UK what we call single cream is US light cream, and what we call double cream is US heavy cream. You could use either for this recipe, you could also use sour cream yes - or even thick yogurt, although that does tend to separate. I've never used canned soup for a sauce, but I guess you could use that too!

Thanks for not using canned soup. Lol seems like everyone uses it instead of making there own. Too salty for me.
