@eatswithmish I am fasting dry fasting, so I drink beverages after 16 hours of dry fasting, and I complete the rest of my intermittent fasting to 22 hours, drinking after a few hours.

Oh I see! Wow! What are the health benefits of this- I don’t think I can do it but I’m very curious!

@eatswithmish It will be difficult at first, but it will become easy within a few days. The benefit is that all the energy comes from burning fat. I don't let my body crave sugary energy or high carbohydrates. My diet is based on consuming as few carbohydrates as possible. I now alternate between a liquid day (where I eat yogurt, milk, and healthy ice cream) and a food day (where I eat as few carbohydrates as possible). I feel better sleeping, have more energy, feel less tired, and experience a decrease in stress and anxiety. My mental state is good, but I don't neglect myself. I get vitamins and minerals from food and drinks, and sometimes I take supplements. The most important thing is the electrolyte drink. I drink electrolytes if I feel tired and exhausted, for example.

Wow!! That is simply awesome! It takes so much dedication and mental strength to maintain this lifestyle. And looks like it’s highly beneficial too! Kudos to you Ryan! Happy Holidays!
