It's okay, but both the top and middle were raw. How was the middle cooked right is baffling me 😭

Hi Jes. You only can be sure if it is cooked by visually checking it. Insert a knife of spoon and have a check. If it is not cooked yet, cook a little longer. Once you have figured out your microwave's right cooking time, mug cakes are life-saving!
