Hi, I’m glad to know you too. 😊 So, you can make your own Caesar salad dressing with the following ingredients:1/3 cup mayo
1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
3 large egg yolks at room temperature
1/2 cup olive oil
2 lemons (juiced)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
