The Shop bought milk can give a sour taste with the fresh raw mint infused in with it - did not keep the milk in the fridge long enough , not enough room for the large metal Mixing Bowl to go into the Fridge , maybe I did not need too infuse so long , because I blitz blended the Mint . Is good to freeze the minted milk into Ice Cube's whilst there is no sour taste

Does not matter if you don't have a Food Processor or Ninja Blender etc . just infusing overnight can give a subtle milk mint flavour
