This looks amazing! I love how you added shiitake mushrooms to a classic meatloaf such a creative combination. I’m always interested in how different cultures can inspire new flavors in traditional dishes. How did you come up with this recipe?

We love Asian food and shiitake mushrooms. I usually use to make the meatloaf with button mushroom sauce, but we like shiitake mushrooms and I just decide to use then with the meatloaf. It is a delicious meat loaf.

@cook_116872280 Lo mein noodles, soy sauce stir fry dishes, fried rice, ginger, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, plum sauce, wonton wraps, spring roll wraps, fermented tofu, rice noodles and a lot other stuff.
