Thanks so so much for this love Risotto but don’t always have the time to stand and stir what’s seems like forever. Can’t wait to try this tonight as have left over roast chicken to use up will be an easy yummo dinner for hubby and 2 foster sons we have oh and for me to as well.

Maybe cooking this again for dinner tonight dont know what we Will have ot with yet though its only 7am here in NZ so havent got my head around dinner yet. However it Will be yummy with the Rissotto maybe chicken.
