So did your picky 8 yr old eat it? Even 1 can of Rotel can make it too hot for me. I always buy the mild one, and usually store brand isn't as hot.

She likes spicy stuff but yes this was a little too hot for her. She said if it wouldnt be so spicy she would eat more. So next time I'm not using hot. I do want a kick so mild should be okay.
