Totally overcooked at the time and temp in the recipe. I am not sure if a lower temp would fix this. I used lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and teuvia honey. Flavor was good but I had to make a quick honey mustard sauce to dip the meat in. Still could only eat a portion of it. It was a nice simple recipe and after a wonderful day on the beach it was easy to put together when I was pretty tired!

It was great. I'm from Mississippi and the only way I have had cubed meat is fried with grave. I was glad for the change.
