Hi I’m just a home cook who is a little obsessed with cooking, I do live IG cooks with CookingwithYui, we’ve both been friends since we were on Channel 4 Beat The Chef TV series that was aired this spring. Where we both did beat extremely prestigious top Chefs from the Uk. It’s been great fun ever since, Cookpad have kindly invited me down to do a real workshop rather than a virtual one, I’m extremely honoured. But I’m not paid from them, I just really enjoy making recipes and really love using the App and chatting to fellow foodies. At home I run small cooking workshops for anyone wanting to learn to cook 👩🏼🍳

May I also add that idea of adding the egg on top is Fab more then mixing it in the rice which can be tricky sticky ...sometime and does change the whole overall dynamics of the dish..don't you think

Definitely I make a Chinese style egg fried rice that way too ! It’s so good having mouthfuls I’d egg in every bite! I know you make it that way it would be great to see and tag me in 😍
