Kari, thank you for this idea. I am hispanic. But I am a white girl. My mother is mexican and my father is French. I was raised with , mexican foods my whole life. My grandmother tried to show me how to cook but could not teach me all. She passed away too early. So I am so happy to see your recipe. Thank you!
