Thank you, Sachiko~sann! A Member from another Facebook Japanese Cooking Group shared that she made Satsumaimo Gohan, so I HAD to learn the recipe! AND I found your recipe!! When I get my hands on Japanese Satsumaimo, I will try to make it!
