Oooh that sounds delicious 😋 I love sweet potatoes 🍠 I normally let them defrost then whilst solid before warming! Cut it into slices! Makes it so much easier than when warm! I normally reheat it covered for 45 mins at 160 degrees!

Ps but that’s because it’s such a large portion to cook through it would only take 25 mins if it was half the size !
