You're welcome! Hope you get a chance to give it a shot :) This is kinda the standard pibil these days I think. Just made some slight adjustments to some of the top google recipes. I think I'll keep working on it though.

Quick question...when you say "8 each Allspice"...I'm not quite sure what you mean...here in Aus I've only seen Allspice ground and it's mixed spices...?????

Oh, the unground form is a really hard little ball. I would substitute about 1/2 tsp of the ground stuff.
