In all honesty, you can add whatever season you'd like. I've made cookies using tofu as well and the tofu will take on the taste of whatever you put into it.

I have to try this😍😍😍 when i was looking for alternatives, i came up with this: shredded cauliflower mixed with cheese, eggs, oregano and basil, i used home made ajvar (grilled eggplant and various peppers paste) as topping. It was more delicious then regular pizza, i must say. I love this idea and will try it.
