This not a question. This is rather a comment. One of our employees made two of these cheesecakes for our holiday party, and I fell instantly in love with it. It is delicious! I think i it better than regular cheesecake! I like it because it is not icky sweet and it is super easy to make.. It is perfect. I can see this being served with a sauce such as a caramel or fruit sauce!I asked for the recipe, and he forwarded this link to me. Thank you for posting this online!
