Hi there:) Just wondering if I don't have the plum vinegar, what kind of liquid can I use instead?(can I use white vinegar?) Also, can I use normal cherry blossoms?

The plum vinegar helps make the color pinker and adds some flavor, but you can probably use another vinegar too. Not sure about the different types of cherry blossoms. You'll have to experiment!
