Hello, she already wrote the breakdown. Use either of these three leaves scent lea, uziza, pumpkin and ebewuwa. Blend the leaves with pepper and boil your meat stock then pour the blended mix and add your meat and dried fiah

Leaves you can easily get for this soup are , bitterleaf , scent leaf and uziza(hot leaf)
