Well I bought the plums to ripen in my kitchen for a few days. let's see, they are 2 and 4 years old so not so reliable kitchen helpers yet! my version usually turns out like a biscuity bottom, if that makes sense and then goes softer after a day or so in the fridge. I can see you use yeast in yours, I bet it is quite soft then? I'll have to try yours too.

Yeah, this version is made with the yeast dough (hefeteig), but it definitely works with the biscuity bottom too! Whichever you like better :) 2 and 4 year olds... hmm, I guess they'll just have to help you eat then!
