You don't have too be fancy with a Jacket Potato,just plenty of Salted Butter,you may have got the Potato Skin very crispy by baking the Jacket Potatoes on a baking tray with Crystallized Sea Salt on,half way through cooking time then turn the Jacket Potatoes over - they might of got crispy anyway,or scoop out the white of the potato when cooked and then deep fry the Potato Skins in very hot Vegetable Oil,maybe for just 3 minutes then get excess Cooking Oil off with the use of Kitchen Roll,then fill with the mashed buttery potato.

My perfect baked potato…..par boil in water with half a teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda . Dry, coat with oil and bake as normal . Perfect every time
