UPDATE: I've just added a couple of ingredients which I experimented around with last time I made this and they were perfect!-1 dried Clementine peel
-1 medium hand of ginger sliced
-1 tsp of fish sauce
-1 medium hand of ginger sliced

Sorry is it a typo , you say to cook the meat for 1 1/2 hours . I am not sure it’s 1 hour and a half or half a hour or 1 to 2 hours . The meat is in the oven so I am a bit tense lol

That is 1.5 hours so one and a half hours. It should be tender and easily sliceable. If it's not, let it go longer! :)
